Delivery address change

Here below the documentation requested to change the delivery address of the bill:

  • Request for variation formalized on the appropriate Form;
  • Copy of the identity document of the Customer holder of the contract;

The request can be sent by:

  • The Customer holder of the contract;
  • A representative of the Customer holder (attaching the authorization approval form and copy of the identity document of the delegator and the delegate);
  • The administrator or his delegate (for companies);
  • The pro-tempore administrator (for condominiums).

The documentation listed above can be submitted to our branch offices on the territory, by email: assistenza.web@amapspa.it, by certified email amapspa@legalmail.it, by fax  091.279228 or by post to our offices in via Volturno 2.
