Delivery address change
Here below the documentation requested to change the delivery address of the bill:
- Request for variation formalized on the appropriate Form;
- Copy of the identity document of the Customer holder of the contract;
The request can be sent by:
- The Customer holder of the contract;
- A representative of the Customer holder (attaching the authorization approval form and copy of the identity document of the delegator and the delegate);
- The administrator or his delegate (for companies);
- The pro-tempore administrator (for condominiums).
