Access the Online Help desk by clicking on “GENERAL ACCOUNT STATEMENT” you can view and download a copy of the bills issued as well as the usual information on the individual bills, including the status of payments.
Any user, duly registered on the Website, can therefore – in absolute autonomy – view and print them.

The “Online Help Desk” service is available both for utilities on the territory of the Municipality of Palermo and for the provincial users (former APS / AATO).
