How to pay your bill
UTILITIES ON THE TERRITORY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALERMO
Payment of bills can be made:
- At any Post Office using the 896 form (a pre-printed post payment form) attached to the water bill, or a simple postal payment slip indicating all the references of the payment (Customer Code, Contract Code, number and date of invoice, amount). The postal account number is 13661905. Payment through the post office entails the addition of the post office commission;
- with Internet Banking without any commission;
- with Phone-Banking without any commission;
- by Bancomat (debit card) at the authorised banks (at those of the Unicredit group also with cards from other banks) without any commission;
- at our offices in Via Volturno 2 (by Bancomat or with a bank or postal check. Cash is not accepted);
- with direct debit to the bank and/or post office account, by submitting the request to your bank using the pre-filled DD form attached to the bill;
- by bank transfer indicating the following data: RECIPIENT: AMAP SPA, Via Volturno 2 – 90138 Palermo, IBAN CODE IT59 A 02008 04642 000300023622, BIC Swift Code: UNCRITM1055, BANK: UNICREDIT SPA “Ruggero Settimo B” Branch, Via Ruggero Settimo, 26 – 90141 Palermo;
- online at the Online Help Desk after appropriate identification and registration. Users, indeed, are offered the possibility to view the data relating to their existing contracts, the bills issued, request any updates as well as the termination of the contractual relationship and make payments;
- at the LIS PAGA di LOTTOMATICA sales points (betting offices, tobacconists, newsagents and bars), paying the relative commission.
