Loss of bills

If you have lost your bill or you need to have a duplicate, you can download it by accessing the online help desk.

You can also ask for a copy of the bill writing to the e-mail address assistenza.web@amapspa.itattaching a copy of the identification document of the Customer holder of contract and indicating the relative Customer Code and the Service Code.

If you know the amount, you can also pay the bill trough:

Remember to specify, in the reason for payment, the Customer Code, the Contract Code, the number and the date of the bill you are paying.

If you want to pay more bills at the same time, you can use a single postal bulletin indicating, in the reason for payment, the Customer Code, the Contract Code and the numbers of the bills (even without the date of the same, in case of lack of space).
