Requests for EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS (heavy water leakages, or light leakages with danger of freezing, alterations in the potability characteristics of the water distributed, failure or occlusion of sewerage or sewage line, commencement of cleaning and purging operations as a result of floods and overflowing, hazardous situations deriving from manhole excavations) are managed by the Company only following a telephone call to the specific toll-free number 800/050911.

Therefore, any requests/reports sent to the Company by other means will not be handled.

In order to simplify the invoicing complaints procedure, AMAP SPA provides users with a form to be filled in and delivered to the Sales Offices:

If the form provided is not used, the user can still send a complaint for invoicing, provided that the following data are provided:

  • Name and surname of the contract holder;
  • Address of supply;
  • Postal address, if different from that of the supply;
  • Any means of communication (telephone, mobile phone, e-mail, certified e-mail);
  • Description of the reason for the complaint/written request;
  • Customer code (top right corner of the AMAP bill);
  • Service Code (top right corner of the AMAP bill).

Failure to provide the data necessary for identifying the user, will result in the complaint for billing not being taken care of by AMAP SPA and, therefore, no reply will be given.
