Contract termination

Customers can withdraw from the supply contract by submitting the appropriate form duly completed to our branches in the territory, via e-mail: assistenza.web@amapspa.it, via certified e-mail amapspa@legalmail.it, by fax  091.279228 or by post to our offices in via Volturno 2;

Attaching a copy of a valid ID document and a copy of the tax code.

Within 10 days of receipt of the request, the Company will provide to terminate the contract arranging for the withdrawal of the meter and the removal of any intake. The company will then issue a final invoice debiting the amounts due.
